Every alltheway garment is produced with utmost care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and the stage we are in right now, returns are not offered unless there is a verified issue with the order. We understand each situation is different, so we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution for each request. If something isn’t right, simply reach out to us — we’ll work with you to resolve it thoughtfully and fairly.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or defective, or
An incorrect item has been delivered
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alltheway.in with your order number and clear images of the issue. Our team will review the request and assist you with the next steps.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges subject to availability.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, an alternative resolution will be provided at our discretion.
ELIGIBILITY

Unused and unwashed
In original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags
IMPORTANT
Requests made beyond the stated timeframe or items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange.

International
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders at the moment, unless:
